There are ample public parking spaces right in front of the guesthouse that you and your party are free to use! Please be sure to check the posted signs during the wintertime, as the side of the street parking alternates to accomodate snow plows.

Yes! The entire house is perfectly warmed by thermostat-controlled radiator (hot water) heating.

Radiators can occasionally make a popping/clicking sound as air bubbles travel through the system. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about during your stay.

All bedrooms in the guesthouse have air conditioning. The second floor rooms have thermostat-controlled, central A/C, and Room 1 on the first floor has a window A/C unit for added comfort.

To cool down the entire house using the central AC on the second floor, be sure to leave the stairway doors open. For an extra-cold, extra-air conditioned first floor, you can also keep bedroom doors open during the day to further increase air circulation.
